While visiting this mall, the following general activities will not be accepted:

• Violations of the law
• Any activity that threatens the safety of our guests, tenants and/or employees
• Any activity that threatens the well-being of the property
• Any activity that disrupts our pleasant, family-oriented shopping environment
• Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of the property, which is shopping, dining, visiting theaters or offices for business purposes
• Any activity that would disrupt the legitimate business of the property and its tenants
• Inappropriate clothing

Examples of specific activities that are prohibited include but are not limited to:

• Disruptive profanity, vulgar or threatening language
• Unnecessarily blocking walkways, roadways or storefronts
• Running, horseplay or disorderly conduct of any nature
• Excessive loitering
• No backpacks permitted inside tenant spaces
• Solicitation
• Operating unauthorized recreational and/or personal transportation devices in the shopping center
• No firearms or illegal weapons
• Face coverings that conceal your identity, excluding those for medical and religious reasons
• Possession of open alcoholic beverages except in designated areas
• Smoking, including vaping, except in designated outdoor areas
• No unauthorized photography or videography.

The center is a privately owned property. Guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.

Age restrictions

Parental Guidance Required at Longview Mall

We’re committed to providing a comfortable environment for all our guests. We require that visitors under 17 years of age be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older after 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Fridays and Saturdays, 4pm – Close

1. 1. Visitors under 17 years of age are required to be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older on Friday and Saturday after 4 pm. Parental Guidance Required hours are subject to change during the Summer and holiday season.
   2. Unsupervised youth shopping prior to 4 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings must leave the mall by 4 pm or immediately be joined by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older.
   3. Proof of age may be required for the youth or supervising adult. Those who lack proper identification may be asked to leave the property.
   4. Valid identification includes a state issued driver’s license or ID card, a military ID, a school ID card, or a passport. The identification must be tamper proof and include a photograph and date of birth.
   5. One adult may accompany up to four youths.* All accompanied youths must remain with the supervising adult.
   6. Supervising adults are responsible for the actions of the youth they accompany

failure to comply with this code of conduct or the lawful or reasonable requests by the shopping center management team or security personnel may result in your loss of the privilege to use the shopping center and/or criminal prosecution, where applicable.

We take a holistic approach to safety with our industry best practices and programs which include our own security force and other modern security procedures, special operations plain clothes officers from time to time and crisis planning. We have a strong relationship with our local police department including occasional on-site police presence. We take these actions to promote a safe environment for everyone. While at the shopping center, please do not leave personal belongings unattended, be sure to lock your vehicles, and please note that while visiting us, you may be subject to a security interview.

general parking

There is no overnight parking at this shopping center. Any vehicle left unattended overnight is subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.

This shopping center, including our parking lots and adjacent outparcels, is private property, which means that we define the conduct guidelines in these spaces. We expressly retain the right to revise or modify these guidelines, as necessary. Any exceptions to these guidelines will be determined by shopping center management in our sole and absolute discretion.
